Jim creates original presentations for major exhibitions of art at such renowned museums as the J. Paul Getty, Bowers, Orange County Museum of Art and the Millard Sheets Center for the Arts at the L.A. County Fair. A long-time naturalist at Yosemite National Park and a trained historian, Jim brings fresh insight and entertaining tales to audiences in many parks and historical sites across the West. A long-time teacher-administrator as well, Jim also trains docents of all ages on methods to incorporate storytelling skills into all forms of artistic, cultural, historical and aesthetic interpretation. Jim regularly keynotes or is asked to speak at annual conventions and conferences for a wide variety of business, professional and educational organizations.
